Training courses for the day-to-day operations of water and wastewater assets can be tailored to suit the needs of the customer, the level of experience of their staff and the complexity of the system. From one day sessions to refresher sessions on regular intervals.

Chemicals can be supplied for all water treatment assets in 15L pails through to 1000L IBCs. Bulk supply is available through pump outs for quantities over 1000L. 

Spares can be sourced for all your pumps, valves, instruments and mechanical equipment.

Over time, assets may require improvements due to aging equipment, changes to regulations, variations in feed water and treated water or increased demands on the systems. Upgrades are often a significantly lower investment than replacing the asset completely. 

We offer comprehensive water testing services to identify any contaminants present in your water and provide a customised solution to meet your unique needs. Jar testing of feed water provides accurate information on required dose rates and data for selecting alternative chemicals. 

Whether you are governed by council, a water authority, EPA or Health department, compliance is important to minimise fines and reduce the risk of losing the right to operate. If you are having continued breaches of your license, we can conduct investigations and provide recommendation to return your system to a compliant state.

 Water quality is of utmost importance for Centralised Sterile Supply Departments. Water treatment equipment must be carefully selected to meet the requirements of ASNZS 4187:2014 Amd2. These systems can vary in complexity requiring specialised understanding and support. Healthcare facilities rely on the quality of the water used in Reprocessing of Reusable Medical Devices (RMDs) so the quality of the services they receive must be of the highest standards

Chemical dosing can have multiple applications from chlorine for drinking water disinfection, Acid or Alkaline for pH correction or coagulants and polymers for trade waste systems. Australian Water Asset Services can design and build chemical dosing system to suit your needs ranging from basic flow paced dosing to proportional dosing based on varying feedwater quality to meet a specific set point.
